Daily sun protection is essential to avoid damage coming from UV rays.

  • The key is to choose the appropriate sun protection factor according to your skin type; paler skins need a higher FPS, as well as kids and pregnant women prone to form skin spots.
  • Apply the FPS 30 minutes before sun exposure, so that your skin absorbs it properly and gets the right protection.
  • Using a special sunscreen for your face and a different one for the rest of the body is recommended. Make sure you apply it uniformly.

Even though sunscreens are waterproof, you should repeat its use every time you get out of the swimming pool or sea. If you did not get any wet, apply it every two hours approximately, or whenever you feel your skin tight.
